Best Bred by Exhibitor in Cluster

****There will be two levels of competition****

Champion for all dogs entered in the Best of Breed class and shown by their breeder/owner (professional handlers must be the breeder/owner of record)

Non-Champion for all dogs entered in Bred by Exhibitor class (professional handlers must be the breeder/owner of record)

***During the course of regular judging, the assigned judge will select a Best Bred by Exhibitor in each Breed/Variety from the Bred by Exhibitor class winners. This will be done after the Best of Breed/Variety competition unless the Best Bred by Exhibitor award is automatic.

Example: An entry from the Bred by Exhibitor class is awarded Best of Winners or Best of Breed/Variety. Only dogs and bitches undefeated in a Bred by Exhibitor class are eligible for the Best Bred by Exhibitor Competition. If the first place winner is not present, the second place winner may not compete.

***In addition there will be a Best Bred by Exhibitor selected from the dogs entered in the Best of Breed competition.

***These winners will then be eligible to compete in either the Best Bred by Exhibitor or Best of Breed Bred by Exhibitor Group each day. There will be 14 winners each day - 7 champions (from the BB competitors) and 7 non-champions (from the Bred by competitors).

***Each group winner will compete on Saturday for Best Bred by Exhibitor Non-Champion and Best Bred by Exhibitor Champion. There can be a total of 21 entries in each competition - the 7 group winners from each of the 3 days of competition.

***This will result in two winners competing for the Best Bred by Exhibitor in Cluster after Best in Show on Saturday.

**Professional Handlers are eligible to compete provided they have bred and own the dog they exhibit.

There will be no additional entry fee for this competition. Non-Champions must be entered in the bred-by exhibitor class to be eligible AND Champions in the best of breed that are bred/owned by exhibitor.
